Am I able to upgrade my plan?
Upgrades can be done at anytime during your plan as your team grows. You will be billed a prorated, additional charge when the upgrade to the next plan goes into effect. This additional charge will be for the amount of time you are on the new plan within your current billing cycle.

What is a collaborator?
A collaborator is someone you invite to co-author a part of your video. Once invited via email link, they have access to all recording options to create a section within your video. However, collaborators cannot delete, modify existing content, or add additional collaborators to your video – only the video owner can do that.
How are SOPs shared on the platform?
SOPs are created, housed and shared on Snap SOP’s secured platform. Employees are assigned to Department or Process folders that contain relevant SOPs.
How does my team get notified when new SOPs are added?
When new SOPs are added, or when current SOPs are revised or updated, employees receive a notification via email as well as in-app, prompting them to view.
How will I know my team has viewed their assigned SOPs?
There is a report function in the app that provides a summary of viewing activity. This can also be exported and downloaded as well for auditing and compliance purposes.
Who owns the video content I upload to the platform?
Snap SOP just provides an environment for you to easily create, share and manage SOPs. The content is solely owned by the business who registered for the account.
If I decide to cancel my subscription with Snap SOP, what happens to my SOP videos?
Because all video content is solely owned by the business who registered for the account – the account admin has the ability to download all videos before cancelling the account. After 30 days of cancellation, Snap SOP will permanently delete the account and all related content. Once this occurs, the account or related content cannot be recovered.
